KnightLight Interest Meeting

Happy Monday, ! I hope you’re all enjoying your summers so far. As some of you may already know, ASME plays a significant role in an exciting collaborative project known as KnightLight. The project with an ambitious goal to create UCF’s first-ever autonomous drone light show!

This Thursday, July 14th, at 7 PM at CB2 room 0105, we are hosting an interest meeting and social event for those interested in joining the project. During the event, we will provide a brief overview of the progress we’ve made in the first year and discuss our vision for the 2023/2024 school year. And of course, after the meeting, we’ll have some fun with Knightime volleyball and free popsicles!

It’s important to note that KnightLight is funded exclusively by three of our own UCF engineering organizations. So to participate in the project, you must be a dues-paying member of one of the clubs involved. (preferably ASME, of course!) However, even if you’re not a dues-paying member or currently involved, we still encourage you to join us for the interest meeting and volleyball. If you’re interested, please fill out the google survey below!

I look forward to seeing you all there!
